∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing/B.Sc. in CSE. (Preferred)
∎ Note: Education doesn't matter as long as you have Selling skill in school Software or any software.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Working experience with selling school software is very important.
∎ Ability to find new clients and sales Agent.
∎ Ability to find new school by visit schools.
∎ Field Job, so visiting clients address is must.
∎ Working experience with Sales Marketing, Software Sales.
∎ Sales Plan to implement sales in the market.
∎ Explain the services and our benefits to customers for maximizing the use of software.
∎ Analyzing competitors' products to determine product features, benefits, shortfalls, and market success.
∎ Answering customers' questions and escalating complex issues to the relevant departments as needed.
∎ Maintaining an accurate record of all sales, scheduled customer appointments, and customer complaints.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Skills Required: MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint.
∎ Skills Required in Computer Basic.
∎ Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Ability to convince people.
∎ Working experience with Sales Marketing, Software Sales
∎ Good Communication and Collaboration Skills
∎ Client Management Skills.
∎ Good presentation skills.
∎ Hunger for success and a passion for closing deals.
Salary:
∎ ( 12000BDT-18000BDT ) + ( Commission )
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Yearly 02 festival bonuses.
∎ Mobile Bill.
∎ Visiting bill outside Dhaka. (Office Purpose).
∎ Yearly salary review based on performance.
∎ On-time monthly Salary.
∎ Others as per company policy.
