∎ Note: Education doesn't matter as long as you have selling skill in school software or any other software and confident to fulfill targeted sales per month.

Job Context:
∎ Foqas, is a Software Company in Bangladesh is currently looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales & Marketing Representative (Field based) to join our fast-growing team.
∎ Workplace: Work at Field. (Anywhere in Bangladesh).
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To sell School Management Software
∎ Meet target of sales per month as decided by the company
∎ Ability to find new clients (Educational Institutions) and sales agents.
∎ Mostly field job, so visiting clients would be regular task
∎ Ability to make proper and innovative sales plan.
∎ Implement the sales plan by discussing with the management of the company.
∎ Explain the services and benefits to the customers for maximizing the use of software.
∎ Analyzing competitors' products to determine product features, benefits, shortfalls, and market success.
∎ Answering customers' questions in politely and convincing way.
∎ Maintaining an accurate record of all sales, scheduled customer appointments, and customer complaints.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Hunger for success and a passion for closing deals.
∎ Ability to convince clients / people.
∎ Perseverance in completing task and lively in attitude
∎ Capable in innovative thinking
∎ Good communication and collaboration skills
∎ Client management and good presentation skills.
Salary:
∎ (12000BDT-18000BDT) + (Commission)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Yearly 02 festival bonuses.
∎ Mobile Bill.
∎ Visiting bill outside Dhaka. (Office Purpose).
∎ Yearly salary review based on performance.
∎ On-time monthly salary.
∎ Others as per company policy.
