∎ Fluency in Bengali and English; knowledge of Hindi is a plus.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ About the Role:
∎ We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Representative to promote and distribute Indian FMCG products in the Bangladeshi market starting from Dhaka. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the FMCG industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
∎ Key Responsibilities:
∎ * Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and market growth.
∎ * Promote Indian FMCG products to retailers, wholesalers, and distributors across Bangladesh.
∎ * Identify new business opportunities and potential clients to expand market presence.
∎ * Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
∎ * Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
∎ * Prepare regular sales reports and provide feedback to management on market performance.
