Responsibilities & Context:
∎ We are looking for candidates who have strong dedication and mindset to work in Corporate Sales.
∎ · Promote sales of properties through advertisements, open houses, and participation in multiple listing services.
∎ · Work as per the guidance of respective supervisors for achieving given sales targets at the assigned area(s).
∎ · Visit potential customers to generate / validate leads for selling products.
∎ · Visit existing customers to up-sell or cross-sell products, and also to provide required services.
∎ · Lock sales deals with the customers.
∎ · Must be able to Present purchase offers to sellers for consideration.
∎ · Coordinate appointments to show homes to prospective buyers.
∎ · Maintain strong business relationships with customers.
