Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Collect regular sales orders from franchisees and meet assigned sales targets.
∎ Communicate effectively with franchisees to ensure timely payment collection.
∎ Outlet Monitoring:
∎ Cleaning standards Product quality.
∎ Staff greetings and customer service.
∎ Compliance with promotional offers and campaigns.
∎ Train staff on managing and resolving critical consumer complaints.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with existing franchise owners.
∎ Identify potential franchise investors and explore new partnership opportunities.
∎ Search for suitable locations in potential gap areas to establish new outlets.
∎ Coordinate with Logistics, Engineering, and Marketing departments to address operational challenges and ensure smooth functioning of outlets.
∎ Collaborate with the QA department to evaluate and maintain quality control at outlets.
∎ Discuss shop-related issues with franchise owners and provide support for resolution.
∎ Conduct discussions on promotional offers and ensure effective communication with franchise operators.
∎ Any other job Assigned by management.

∎ Key Responsibilities:
∎ Sales and Order Collection:
∎ Collect regular sales orders from franchisees and meet assigned sales targets.
∎ Communicate effectively with franchisees to ensure timely payment collection.
∎ Outlet Monitoring:
∎ Conduct regular visits to 7-10 outlets daily to monitor the following:
∎ Cleaning standards Product quality.
∎ Staff greetings and customer service.
∎ Compliance with promotional offers and campaigns.
∎ Train staff on managing and resolving critical consumer complaints.
∎ Franchise Relations:
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with existing franchise owners.
∎ Identify potential franchise investors and explore new partnership opportunities.
∎ Search for suitable locations in potential gap areas to establish new outlets.
∎ Operational Coordination:
∎ Coordinate with Logistics, Engineering, and Marketing departments to address operational challenges and ensure smooth functioning of outlets.
∎ Collaborate with the QA department to evaluate and maintain quality control at outlets.
∎ Franchise Support and Development:
∎ Discuss shop-related issues with franchise owners and provide support for resolution.
∎ Conduct discussions on promotional offers and ensure effective communication with franchise operators.
