• Minimum height: Female 5’3”, Male 5’8”.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in fabric sales.

• Strong negotiation and client management skills.

• Basic knowledge of CRM software preferred.

• Knowledge of the fabric or garments industry will be an advantage.

• Ability to work under sales targets.

• Good computer proficiency.

• Achieve sales targets for imported fabric products.

• Visit garment companies and factories to identify new business opportunities.

• Provide product information and support to clients.

• Maintain sales records, orders, and customer data.

• Develop new clients and maintain relationships with existing clients.

• Update client information and follow-up records in CRM software.

• Resolve customer issues and complaints professionally.

• Manage the full sales process from client communication to delivery.

• Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional activities.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

• Maintain professional conduct in accordance with company policies.

• Salary paid within the 5th of each month.

• Monthly commission and performance incentives.
