∎ 1.Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
∎ 2.Fully fluent in both English and Bangla, with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
∎ 3.Must be able to communicate effectively with shippers and consignees.
∎ 4.Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and freight management software.
∎ 5.In-depth knowledge of sea freight operations and industry regulations.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 1.Identify and develop new business opportunities in air and sea freight services.
∎ 2.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and overseas agents.
∎ 3.Prepare and negotiate competitive freight quotations, proposals, and contracts for potential clients.
∎ 4.Collaborate with operations and documentation teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
∎ 5.Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to provide strategic insights.
∎ 6.Actively achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s revenue growth.
∎ 7.Attend client meetings and presentations to promote the company’s services.
∎ 8.Prepare and submit regular sales and performance reports to management.
∎ 9.Ensure excellent customer service and address client inquiries or concerns professionally.
