Active Care Education is a UK-based local student consultancy agency. We are seeking a skilled, proactive, and strategic Sales Marketing, HR & Admin Executive to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate will have excellent English communication and writing skills, professional telephony experience in English, strong relationship‑building abilities, and a hands-on approach to sales, HR, and administrative operations. This role covers international territory and requires confidence in client communication, documentation management, and internal coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Marketing Responsibilities
-Manage inbound and outbound calls in English in a professional and confident manner.
-Handle enquiries efficiently via phone and email, providing accurate information about company services.
-Convert daily leads from campaigns to meet individual and team sales targets.
-Conduct follow‑up calls on weekly, monthly, and quarterly generated leads.
-Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and long‑term loyalty.
-Leverage existing client relationships to onboard new customers through the company referral program.
-Conduct virtual or in‑person meetings with prospective and existing clients.
-Agent Handling
Must have 3 years + Marketing experience
HR Responsibilities
-Assist in recruitment activities, including job postings, CV screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
-Support staff training and development programs.
-Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
-Assist management with HR policies, attendance tracking, and basic HR administration.
-Maintaining employee tracker (ex: salary-invoice , sick leave , annual leave track)
Must have 3 years + HR experience
Administrative Responsibilities
-Manage and maintain accurate client, student, and office records.
-Liaise with external organisations, universities, and partners.
-Prepare, review, and organize student application files to ensure accuracy and compliance.
-Prepare students for university interviews by providing guidance, mock interview support, and document checks.
-Ensure all submitted files are complete, error-free, and ready for immediate processing.
-Support daily office operations and scheduling.
Must have 3 years + Administrative experience
Working Environment & Schedule
-This is a fully remote work from home base position.
-A dedicated, quiet, noise‑free workspace with a proper office setup is required.
-Working Hours (Bangladesh Time – subject to business needs):
30 March – 26 October: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM (including 1‑hour lunch break)
27 October – 29 March: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM (including 1‑hour lunch break)
Compensation & Benefits
-Fixed salary: BDT 30,000 per month.
-Performance review after 3 months probation period.
-24 annual leave days, including:
8 UK bank holidays
16 flexible leave days (subject to availability and one‑month prior notice)
-Two festive bonuses, each equivalent to 50% of monthly salary.
-Sick pay is available upon submission of valid medical evidence, subject to management discretion.
