Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and strategic Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent English communication skills, a strong ability to build and maintain customer relationships, and a proactive attitude toward achieving sales and marketing objectives. This role is focused on managing inbound calls, fostering customer relationships, and contributing to the success of the marketing and sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Inbound Call Management:
- Handle inbound inquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Provide accurate information about our services and address customer queries.
Customer Relationship Building:
- Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with customers.
- Act as a reliable point of contact, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
Sales Support:
- Assist in achieving sales targets through effective communication and follow-ups.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services.
Communication Excellence:
- Showcase exceptional English communication skills in both verbal and written formats.
- Ensure clarity, professionalism, and customer-centric language in all interactions.
Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Provide regular updates on progress and key achievements to the management team.
