Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Create and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet or exceed company sales targets, focusing on both new customer acquisition and retention.
∎ Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities, understand customer needs, and stay ahead of industry trends.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
∎ Analyze sales data to forecast future sales trends, prepare reports, and present them to management for informed decision-making.
∎ Collaborate with the marketing team to design, implement, and evaluate targeted marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and sales.
∎ Maintain deep knowledge of the company's products or services to effectively communicate their value to potential and existing customers.
∎ Engage with clients through persuasive communication and negotiation techniques to close sales and secure long-term contracts.
∎ Provide training and support to junior sales staff, helping them develop their skills and achieve their sales targets.
∎ Work closely with other departments, such as product development, finance, and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience and alignment of goals.
∎ Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in sales strategies, product offerings, or customer service.
∎ Ensure all sales activities comply with legal and ethical standards, representing the company with integrity.
