Job Summary
The Sales & Marketing Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling company products, developing customer relationships, expanding market coverage, and achieving sales targets. The role requires strong communication skills, market analysis capability, and the ability to coordinate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and business growth.
The ideal candidate should be energetic, target-oriented, and capable of handling both field-level and corporate sales activities effectively.
Sales Responsibilities
• Promote and sell company products to dealers, distributors, retailers, and corporate clients.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by management.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Conduct regular market visits to identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, sales orders, and client requirements.
• Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy customer accounts.
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
Marketing Responsibilities
• Assist in developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and market share.
• Conduct market research and customer analysis to identify business opportunities.
• Support promotional campaigns, product launches, and customer engagement activities.
• Coordinate with the marketing team for advertisements, branding, and promotional materials.
• Maintain updated product knowledge and communicate product benefits effectively to customers.
Customer Relationship & Coordination
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide professional after-sales support.
• Coordinate with accounts departments to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
• Prepare regular sales reports, market feedback, and performance updates for management.
• Maintain proper customer records and sales documentation.
