∎ Duties will include:
∎ Sales presentations
∎ Services demonstrations
∎ Negotiating contracts with potential clients.
∎ It is highly expected that the person will be skilled and experienced in software selling, presentation, negotiation & business communication.
∎ Workplace: On Field

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Field Job, so visiting clients address is must.
∎ Follow the instruction of the Sales Team Leader and Sales Plan to implement sales in the market.
∎ Research, prospect and establish leads for corporate relationships i.e. managing relationships with existing key customers and Establishing relationships with new customers.
∎ Call to respected clients to arrange meet up and presentation.
∎ Maintain the current knowledge of software and industry.
∎ Explain the services and their benefits to customers for maximizing the use of software.
∎ Analyzing competitors' products to determine product features, benefits, shortfalls, and market success.
∎ Calling potential customers to explain company products and encourage purchases.
∎ Developing in-depth knowledge of company products.
∎ Maintaining an accurate record of all sales, scheduled customer appointments, and customer complaints.
∎ Collaborating with the marketing department to ensure that the company is reaching its target audience.
∎ You need to always keep a smiling, warm, friendly and positive attitude.
∎ Answering customers' questions and escalating complex issues to the relevant departments as needed.
