∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
Job Context:
∎ DO NOT APPLY if you`re not ready to pursue MBA under company`s supervision. Exchange Motors Bangladesh has initiated this program to prepare the employees as per company`s requirements, that`s why it`s important that the employees pursue MBA under the company.
∎ Even if you have completed your MBA, you have to pursue it again under the company. That`s why we only prefer freshers for this position.
∎ Candidates need to be BBA graduate who are ready to pursue MBA under the company`s supervision
∎ Company will bear 75% cost of MBA out of the total 300,00 - 320,000 BDT, but the rest has to be paid by the applicant (70,000 BDT approx. in 2 installments of 2 semesters)
∎ Must serve the company for at least 3 years
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conducting market research and gathering data and customer feedback
∎ Collaborating with local automobile agents to establish partnership
∎ Gather good command over company's business and help to increase overall sales
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
Salary:
∎ Tk. 16000 - 20000 (Monthly)
∎ Added sales incentive (30,000 - 50,000 BDT approx.)
During the first 6 months of MBA, employees will not have to do any work, thus there will be no remuneration. After 6 months, employees will have to conduct small tasks and attend trainings, and they will receive a remuneration of 10,000 BDT. When the MBA is done, employees will start working permanently with full salary and sales incentive.
