Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead and manage the retail or territory-based sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.Develop strategic sales plans for assigned regions in coordination with the National Sales Manager.Identify market opportunities and expand customer base in agrovet and veterinary product segments.Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and key retail partners.Conduct regular field visits to monitor market trends, team performance, and competitor activity.Provide coaching and performance evaluations of sales representatives.Collaborate with marketing, product development, and supply chain teams to align on product promotions and availability.Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.Ensure timely collection of dues and adherence to company credit policy.
