Responsibilities & Context:

We are a leading manufacturer of high-quality electronic components from China, dedicated to providing reliable solutions globally. We are looking to establish a strong presence in the rapidly growing Bangladesh market. We seek a motivated and results-driven local professional to be our front-line representative, drive market penetration, and capture new sales opportunities.

  • Local Market Research: Continuously monitor and analyze the Bangladesh electronic components market, identifying key competitors, industry trends, and high-potential customer segments (e.g., EMS providers, local assembly plants, distributors, and traders).
  • Proactive Prospecting: Identify, target, and initiate contact with potential customers. Schedule and conduct professional business visits and product presentations to build initial business relationships.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong, long-term working relationships with both new and existing clients, serving as the primary local point of contact for all business inquiries.
  • Needs Communication: Accurately understand and articulate customer technical and commercial requirements, effectively communicating them back to the China headquarters team (Sales, Technical Support, and Product Management).
  • Regular Reporting: Prepare and submit timely weekly/monthly reports on sales activities, market feedback, competitor analysis, and sales forecasts.
  • Internal Coordination: Maintain close communication with the China HQ, coordinating logistics, technical support requests, and payment matters to ensure seamless local business operations.
