Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation in any discipline or Business Graduates from reputed Public/ Private University will be added advantage.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage sales including preparing of Area wise sales target, business development activities , formulating incentive for Field Force, Expense monitoring, setting tour / campaign program.
∎ Formulate agenda of monthly sales meeting for the supervisors/ Sales executive , Area meeting; evaluation of Field Forces performance with market analysis .
∎ Plan, organize and monitor the sales activities to ensure the targeted sales objective.
∎ Implement and evaluate product launching and promotional activities inclusive price competition to evaluate output.
∎ Collect regular marketing feedback with an objective to remain updated about the industry and provide strategic guidance for business network expansion.
∎ Keep the team member motivated to attain any assigned job and providing effective training to all level of team members in that area.
∎ Develop proper forecast planning ,reporting and inventory management in the depot and customer level.
∎ Build a strong network building in the segment of Dealers and End-users.
∎ Visit regular of external customer i.e., distributors and all level of the customer to get regular and situation-oriented support.
∎ Develop strategic sales plan along to exploit potential regional markets.
∎ Use leadership techniques to motivate and develop Sales team and identify the training needs of our associates and implementing training programs to build up professionalism.
∎ Keep up to date information of competitor's products and ensure fair communication from customers to Management and Management to Customers.
∎ Monitor & involve in the payments collections activities and appropriate market outstanding reporting is mandatory.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Sales & Marketing activities for Cosmetics/Toiletries/Personal Care, Manufacturing (FMCG), Multinational Companies / Corporate organizations.
∎ Candidates having a minimum of 2-3 years of experience with Female Hygiene Products and Baby Care Products will get preference.
∎ Well conversant with MS Office , internet , some essential application software , ERP System and Windows operating system.
∎ Good communication skill required . ( Bangla & English )

Salary:
∎ Tk. 25000 - 30000 (Monthly)
∎ Based on work experience
