∎ Develop and execute effective sales strategies and distribution plans
∎ Lead and manage sales teams to meet company targets
∎ Identify new market opportunities and expand dealer/distributor networks
∎ Monitor competitor activities and report market trends
∎ Coordinate with marketing, logistics, and distribution departments
∎ Ensure territory-based performance and client satisfaction
