∎ Graduation in mechanical /electrical/marine/chemical engineering back ground (Relevant practical experience will be considered)

Job Context:
∎ Job Location : Dhaka head office based / field level visit while required

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Have to make yearly/ monthly sales and marketing plan for the company.
∎ Monitor and evaluation of sales team day to day activities and take required measures to ensure company monthly target of sales.
∎ Preparation sales target
∎ Supply chains activities monitor to ensure smooth supply
∎ Technical teams service ensure to clients in time .
∎ Making coordination among all units to achieve the common goal of the company.
∎ Have to forecast the sales target 03month-06month/yearly basis to achieve the goal and monitor evaluate the target oriented tasks.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 8 years to onwards sales and marketing experience in different lubricant marketing direct experience in the field as well managerial position of any reputed company will be given priority.

Salary: Negotiable
