Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's Degree in any discipline.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 9 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assume overall responsibility for developing & achieving the annual marketing & sales target for the organization.
∎ Monitoring sales & collection activities of field forces.
∎ Implements sales, marketing and product development programs.
∎ Target orientation toward existing and new markets and accomplishes business development activities by researching and developing marketing opportunities and implementing sales plans.
∎ Prepare new product marketing plans for product introductions in cooperation with senior management colleagues in Sales and Marketing.
∎ Organized, direct marketing and sales & strategy meetings on a regular basis whereby the strategy and promotion programmed are reviewed.
∎ Report on marketing & sales activities to the top management.
∎ Liaise with and persuade targeted Super Distributor utilizing effective selling skills and performing cost benefit analysis.
∎ Management competencies, especially planning & organizing.
∎ Strong attention to detail and excellent project management skills, including the ability to work independently on several projects simultaneously while adhering to specified deadlines.
∎ The position requires sufficient knowledge of organizational operations to perform its job in due time frame but some time it is difficult to them in time.
