Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline
∎ Master’s Degree from a reputed University (Degree in Business or Commerce is preferred)
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Context:
∎ • Manage, coach and lead a team
∎ • Increase market share and Drive net revenue
∎ • Maintain sales costs within the target identified by the executive team
∎ • Responsible for sales growth
Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Work with the senior management team to set revenue and sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis
∎ • Increase customer satisfaction ratings and create innovative programs for upselling
∎ • Work with senior management to devise and implement innovative go-to-market strategies
∎ • Become a mentor to the sales team and nurture relationships with each associate in order to help them achieve their goals
∎ • Conduct interviews and hire sales staff.
∎ • Develop and implement training programs that teach sales agents how to get customers, negotiate real estate deals, and properly fill out sale paperwork.
∎ • Visit different govt, autonomous, corporate and business organizations for developing business and creating new customers.
∎ • Assess current team processes and procedures, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement them.
∎ • Collect information of competition activities, ensure presence in social network, do promotional activities and gather all kinds of market information.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 27 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ • Excels at selling intangible solutions
∎ • Demonstrated ability to hire high performing salespeople
∎ • Strong ability to coach sales reps to higher performance
∎ • Ability to accurately forecast future sales volumes
∎ • Strong oral and written communication skills
∎ • Excellent leadership skills
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Fixed Salary + Commission
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile bill
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
