Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain the comprehensive database of doctors (apart from Praava Health Consultant) and institution.
∎ Informs doctors about Praava Health (PHBL) services.
∎ Communicates and persuade doctors to refer their patients in PHBL through his team member.
∎ Assigns team member's with territory-based promotion for Doctors and Institutions.
∎ Formulates the staffing strategy with the team.
∎ Assists management with data and suggestion in selection process.
∎ Provides inputs regarding physician referrals and public relations to Sales Director in formulating overall sales strategy and policy formulation and implementation.
∎ To lead the sales team and achieve the team target.
∎ To achieve monthly Visiting Doctors sales target.
∎ Provide insight in sales planning to achieve goals.
∎ Advertises PHBL relevant features to selective doctors outside the capital.
∎ Communicates hiring and remuneration policies to outside doctors in other cities
∎ Arranges doctors visit with permissions and logistic support from Operations.
∎ Regulate subordinates' activities as sales personnel both inside and outside the organization with the concern of Sales Director.
∎ Measures the performance level of employees in both quantifiable and qualitative manners.
∎ Coaches and supervises subordinates to perform better.
∎ Delegate routine jobs in due manner.
∎ Conducts the job as teamwork of concerned employees.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Understanding about formal material management mechanism
∎ Managerial knowledge.
∎ Should be comfortable giving and receiving criticism, asking a lot of questions, and taking ownership.
∎ Business etiquette.
