Job Responsibilities:
∎ Capable of expanding new dealer and depot network to achieve sales growth.
∎ To creates new dealership at vacant area for expanding market share.
∎ To perform market development related initiatives according to the given instructions of the superiors.
∎ To monitors the sales team and evaluate their performances
∎ To achieves Sales Target of The Company.
∎ Plan and achieve new Dealer network expansion target by monthly, quarterly and yearly with searching new customer.
∎ Must have patience to work in the field level.
∎ Maintain new Depot & Dealer inquiries & good communication.
∎ Ready to take any kind of responsibilities given by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 42 years
∎ In depth knowledge about sales, distributorship, dealership, product replacement, customer service, outlet route & territory.
Salary: Negotiable
