Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to increase market penetration and achieve sales targets.
∎ Identify new sales opportunities and market segments for mineral water products.
∎ Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends and opportunities.
∎ Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team.
∎ Set clear sales targets, provide guidance, and monitor team performance.
∎ Foster a positive and motivated work environment to maximize team productivity.
∎ Customer Relationship Management:
∎ Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and distributors.
∎ Regularly meet with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions.
∎ Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and effective manner.
∎ Sales Forecasting and Reporting:
∎ Prepare sales forecasts and budgets for mineral water products.
∎ Monitor sales performance against targets and prepare regular reports for management.
∎ Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
∎ Product Promotion and Marketing:
∎ Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing campaigns and promotional strategies.

∎ Provide feedback on market trends to guide product development and innovation.
∎ Work closely with the supply chain and logistics teams to ensure adequate product availability.
∎ Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production to meet demand.
∎ Optimize distribution channels for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
∎ Manage the sales department's budget, including expenses related to sales operations, travel, and marketing activities.
∎ Ensure cost control measures are in place to maximize profitability.
∎ Ensure that all sales activities adhere to relevant regulations and industry standards.
∎ Maintain a high level of product quality and consistency.
