Job Responsibilities:
∎ Full commercial leadership to achieve sales goals
∎ All sales coordination
∎ Define and execute a sales plan from the scratch
∎ Drive sales in different channels like schools, companies, collectives and groups
∎ Coordinate with Mkt all events at the venue
∎ Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
∎ Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure its strong presence
∎ Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
∎ Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
∎ Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
∎ Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
∎ Promoting the organization and products.
∎ Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our product
∎ Lodging and booking process management
∎ Propose all initiatives to improve the performance of sales.
∎ Provide input to the Account department regarding sales and payments
∎ Motivate their team
∎ Assist to the General Manager as needed
Additional Requirements:
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
∎ Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
∎ Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences.
∎ Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
∎ Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
∎ Strong business sense and industry expertise
∎ Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
∎ Knowledge and experience in organizational effectiveness.
∎ Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
∎ Experience in customer relationship management.
∎ Experience managing and directing a sales team.
