Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Marketing
Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Meet monthly sales targets through the company's Sales Plan.
∎ Follow marketing activities as per company policy.
∎ Set sales target and plan accordingly and take initiatives to hit the target.
∎ Regular follow-up with existing / potential clients.
∎ Build a strong rapport with the customer.
∎ Visit market, hunt new clients & dealers, and act to create new market opportunities and report to the line manager on regular basis.
∎ Responsible for collection and product delivery in a timely manner.
∎ Increase sales by developing new parties.
∎ Regularly check & monitor the parties on credit accounts and act to drive the credit collection.
∎ Visit the assigned dealers/parties areas in accordance with the route plan.
∎ Conduct market survey for data collection in order to develop new products or to increase the product line.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Lubricant
∎ Professionals with Automotive Lubricant Experience should apply only.
∎ Ability to Work Under Pressure, Business development, Dealer/Distributor Communication and formation, Strong sales network across the country, Strong interpersonal skill, Team player
Salary: Negotiable
