∎ Sales Management, Sales Strategy and Sales Planning Skills.
∎ Business Development and Customer Relationship Management Skills.
∎ Negotiation and Communication Skills as well as Excellent interpersonal Skills.
∎ Experience in the Textile Industry is a must.
∎ Sales experience in an Interlining company or Accessory company will be an added advantage.
∎ Self-motivated and be able to work under pressure.
∎ PC literate, MS office must.
∎ Excellent communication skills, fluent in English writing & oral.

∎ With our own sales offices and warehouse locations around the world, we are the market leaders for Textile Solutions and Interlinings.
∎ In the event of expanding our team, we are looking for a “Sales Manager” with following specialty:
∎ This is a full-time on-site Sales Manager role located in Dhaka for Kufner Bangladesh. The sales manager will be responsible for managing the sales team, setting sales targets, developing sales strategies, and implementing sales plans to achieve business objectives.
∎ Develop new customers to enhance business in garment accessory – develop new customers is a must.
∎ Plan, prepare and implement monthly / quarterly / yearly strategic business plans.
∎ Providing hands-on follow up of all daily Sales activities for the product / brand segment starting from developing / marketing through order placement and shipment.
∎ Maintain communication with the Regional Office team members in India.
∎ Responsible to handle all process and approval steps as per company’s Standard Operating System and work as per manuals & given standards.
∎ Develop and maintain a strong working relationship with all customers and represent company values at highest possible level.
