Computer knowledge is a must.



Responsibilities & Context:
  1. This position will be liable to achieve Sales and Marketing target with strategic and dynamic Marketing policy with management guideline.

  2. Establishing strong customer relationships and maintaining a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.

  3. Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service.

  4. Answer questions about products or the company.

  5. Support of sales processes via phone calls to the customers.

  6. Introducing the organization`s products or services to customers in order to follow up with further steps of the sales process.

  7. Must be a very good finisher/ deal closer in over the cell phone selling.

  8. Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.

  9. Enter and update customer information in the database.

  10. Take and process orders in an accurate manner.

  11. Go the "extra mile" to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.

  12. Must be Target Oriented.

  13. Responsible for achieving individual sales targets.

  14. Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.

  15. Corporate sales planning and implementation.

  16. Any other task assigned by Management.

  17. Daily sales reporting to supervisor.

  18. Maintaining and increasing sales of your company`s services.

  19. Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base.

  20. Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market.

  21. Keeping up to date with products and competitors.
