Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Sales & Marketing, Salesman
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Trading or Export/Import, Chemical Industries

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in the food ingredients sector in Bangladesh.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
∎ Understand and analyze market trends and competition to develop effective sales strategies.
∎ Work closely with the supply chain and marketing teams to drive the introduction of new products in the market.
∎ Regularly report on sales results, market conditions, and customer feedback to the senior management team in China.
∎ Attend trade shows, conferences, and industry events to network and promote our brand and products.
∎ Provide exceptional customer service by resolving customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
∎ Ensure all sales activities align with the vision and goals of the company.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Minimum of 3 years' experience in sales, preferably within the food ingredients
∎ sector.
∎ Excellent understanding of the food ingredients market in Bangladesh.
∎ Proven ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
∎ Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
∎ Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
∎ Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
∎ Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
∎ Willingness to travel domestically when necessary.

Salary: Tk. 20000 - 40000 (Monthly)
