Job Responsibilities:
∎ The key responsibilities will be managing existing and Business Development (Sales), Customer Service, Relationship Management
∎ The Ideal candidate should be a proven leader and a team manager with excellent written and oral communication, planning and time management skills.
∎ The candidate will be responsible of achieving monthly and annual sales targets through his business development team as planned by the company's management.
∎ The incumbent will be responsible to lead the marketing team of the Company. The candidate will assume overall responsibility for a team of business development and marketing operations for business growth.
∎ Monitoring competitive environment, identifying key market and business information and planning for next course of actions.
∎ Develop and implement the strategies to grow organizations business.
∎ Prepare necessary reports, metrics and periodic business reviews for the management.
∎ To take a challenge yearly turns over to increased sale and market Promotion.
∎ Arrange and coordinate meetings, locally/Zone wise.
∎ Take Challenge on post the job.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must be knowledge about Electronics and Home Appliance Product.

Salary: Tk. 22000 (Monthly)

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile bill, Tour allowance
∎ Salary Review: Half Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ 1% commission on primary sales and .5% commission on Secondary sales.
