We are looking for an experienced ASM to contribute to our company's sales objectives.

• Collaborate with the executive team to develop sales strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
• Identify market opportunities, analyze customer needs, and create effective sales plans to achieve targets.
• Train & motivate the sales team to drive performance and achieve sales targets. Provide guidance and support to team members, set clear sales objectives, and conduct regular performance evaluations.
• Provide regular updates to the executive team on sales activities and results.
• Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align sales efforts with promotional activities, and operational processes. Provide feedback from the field to help refine marketing strategies and improve product offerings.
• Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities.
• Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency.
• Develop and manage the sales budget, including sales forecasts, expense budgets, and resource allocation.
• Foster a culture of integrity and professionalism within the sales team.
• Train and develop sales forces in order to improve individual sales performance.
• Ensuring sustainable growth of market share.
• Ensure zone wise profitability.
