Job Context:
∎ Posh Furniture & Interior Ltd is well-established company in our country. Posh has been manufacturing good quality Office and home furniture and sells to different corporate customers, dealers and other clients.
∎ We are seeking for energetic, target-oriented, self-motivated and proactive Corporate Sales Manager, who is committed to fulfill the sales and collection target.
∎ Workplace: Head Office, Dhaka
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To perform sales and marketing, promotional activities of office and home furniture and to obtain orders
∎ from different clients.
∎ Develops and implements strategic sales plans to accommodate corporate goals and achieve sales target.
∎ Developing and establishing new Customers
∎ Preparing sales information, analysis and reports to meet deadlines.
∎ Visit the customers daily, do the site survey, meeting and understand their requirements.
∎ Must have ability to monitor delivery of products ordered by the clients.
∎ Responsible for implementing Market Coverage, Sales forecasts & Achievement strategies.
∎ Ability to lead a sales team.
∎ Any other tasks as assigned by the superior/management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Have ability to work for extended hours (If necessary).
∎ Have an excellent motorcycle driving skill and updated driving license.
∎ Candidate should be smart and well mannered.
∎ Must be a team player, proactive, self-motivated, and result oriented.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
∎ Proficient in MS Office.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ After 6 months` probation period salary will be reviewed as per organization policy.
