∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ Posh Furniture & Interior Ltd is looking for a talent Architect or Interior Designer having a strong conceptual design and development abilities with strong demonstration skills of graphical presentation and communication.
∎ Applicants should have the ability to work independently with a diverse group of teams, mentor teams and deliver concepts quickly. The candidate should have experience of mixed-use/ retail projects as well as in site planning, furniture design and interior design.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Demonstrated experience in design and delivery of a variety of projects with in-depth knowledge of furniture, interior design.
∎ Capable of preparing detail measurement, working drawing, interior designing and detailing of layout plans, sections, elevations and project plans.
∎ Adequate knowledge and capability of preparing Auto CAD presentation, Sketch-Up/3D Studio Max, 3D Visualization and Illustrations as per requirements of the project.
∎ Experience on details of project costing, material costing and effective project planning for timely completion of project work.
∎ Manage vendors, contractors, suppliers and the overall supply chain.
∎ Team building, coaching and leading capacity
∎ Any other task assigned by the Management from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 3 years job experience
∎ Skilled in AutoCAD, Corel Draw, Photoshop, Illustrator, 3D Studio Max.
∎ Good communication skills
∎ Excellent analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills
∎ Should be well-groomed, smart and energetic

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ After 6 months’ probation period salary will be reviewed as per organization policy.
