Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work as an Area Sales Manager (ASM)/Territory Sales Officer (TSO) for assigned areas.
∎ Responsible for Territory sales activities, regular market visits to the retailer, dealer points and create a new sales point.
∎ Manage and lead the Territory Sales Officers and encouraging the field staffs for achieve the monthly sales target.
∎ Regular liaise with the TSO about collection status against sales target to meet the organization objective.
∎ Deals with clients and corporate agencies
∎ Find new clients and retaining existing clients by providing proper services
∎ Build a long-term relationship with the clients and agencies
∎ Preparing business proposal and presentation for the new clients and agencies as per their requirement
∎ Prepare monthly report about Monthly/Yearly sales target Vs achievement
∎ Collect pay order, cheque, online receipt from the clients
∎ Develop strategies to achieve personal sales targets and motivate associates to optimize sales performance
∎ Preparing sales plan as per given sales target
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 3 years job experience in relevant areas.
∎ Experience in dealer and retail sales.
∎ Have an excellent motorcycle driving skill and updated driving license.
∎ Candidate should be smart and well mannered.
∎ Must be a team player, proactive, self-motivated, and result oriented.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
∎ Able to cope with constant changes in a challenging environment.
∎ Proficient in MS Office.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ After 6 months’ probation period salary will be reviewed as per organization policy.
