Skills Required: AutoCAD 2D 3D, SketchUp, Autodesk 3DSMAX, V Ray Render, Corona Render, MS Office, 3D Visualization, BOQ
Additional Requirements:
- Age 25 to 35 years
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Willingness to visit project sites when required.
Strong sense of aesthetics, space planning, functionality, and material coordination.
Portfolio of completed projects or design work is preferred.
Responsibilities & Context:
Manage interior projects from concept development to final handover.
Prepare 2D drawings, 3D visualizations, BOQ, and cost estimates.
Develop design concepts, furniture layouts, and material specifications.
Coordinate with clients, vendors, and project execution teams.
Monitor project progress, quality, and deadlines.
Provide on-site technical support when required.
Maintain project documentation and contribute innovative design ideas.
