Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Supervising and delegating tasks to the sales team members.
∎ Meeting the sales targets and sales goals efficiently.
∎ Building relationships with the old and existing customers.
∎ Ensuring the store is well stocked and restocking them as and when required.
∎ Planning effective sales strategies.
∎ Create reports, analyze and interpret retail data, like revenues, expenses and competition
∎ Addressing customer's issues in a timely manner.
∎ Coordinate daily customer service operations (e.g. sales processes, orders and payments)
∎ Monitor retail-operating costs, budgets and resources
∎ Coordinating with warehouse and Bag Plant to ensure that orders are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
∎ Planning and executing sales campaigns to increase sales and meet organizational goals
∎ Developing and maintaining relationships with key clients
∎ Identifying emerging markets to find new sales opportunities
∎ Defining and executing territory sales plans
