Job Context:
∎ Formulate fruitful business development strategies to ensure long-term success within the region. Set standards and objectives for different functional activities and departments in line with organization`s business objectives. Optimize and oversee the sales and operations to ensure efficiency by establishing, maintaining and expanding the customer base and also serving the needs of existing customers. Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead a team of data collectors, sales and operations toward effective collaboration and attainment of goals.
∎ Undertake sound financial management to ensure the area wise profitability and stay within budget.
∎ Ensure compliance and set rules with organization's policies and operational guidelines.
∎ Deal with the property owners, buyers and other stakeholders by providing creative and practical solutions.
∎ Evaluate performance using key metrics and address issues to improve it.
∎ Monitoring the team's performance and motivating them to reach targets.
∎ Report to the Chief Executive Officer/ senior executives on progress and issues.
∎ Collecting customer feedback and market research within the region.
∎ Keeping up to date with products and competitors
∎ Assist management in decisions for expansion or acquisition of business within the region.
∎ Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of support services (HR, Administration, IT and Finance) through improvements to each functions as well as coordination and communication between support and business functions.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ A minimum of 8-10 years' experience working with key customers.
∎ A minimum of 5 years' leadership experience.
∎ Proven sales experience in multinational or top notch reputed local companies of Bangladesh.
∎ Strong leadership skills including coaching and development of highly skilled sales professionals.
∎ Advanced knowledge of online advertising sales including targeted display across multiple platforms, search, social media, website development, video and analytic.
∎ Previous media sales experience, preferably digital or competitive media such as radio, TV or agency experience.
∎ Extensive knowledge of digital devices and applications.
∎ Proven presentation skills to diverse audiences from local business owners to marketing decision makers and top executives.
∎ Efficient time management skills must be self-motivated and directed with the ability to handle multiple ongoing projects with rapidly changing priorities and product portfolio.
∎ Highly skilled and proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint). Experience in additional presentation software would be a bonus.
∎ Should have crystal clear idea about the real estate and media industry.
∎ Must be TARGET ORIENTED and ability to meet deadline.
