Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Formulate sales plan for the Zone.
∎ Achieve sales target as per sales plan.
∎ Drive sales force operation and motivate them to achieve sales target on periodical basis.
∎ Set up and split target for company sales force (Regional Manager to Sales Representative).
∎ Coordinating closely with distribution department to set better delivery service.
∎ Evaluating, managing, training and motivation of the sales force.
∎ Development of distributorship network in the assigned geographical area. Development of positive relation with existing and prospective distributors.
∎ Team management, territory management, area management, region and zone management. Research industry trends, competitors' movement etc as per necessity.
∎ Daily and periodical analytical reports of sales of own assigned geographical area.
∎ Provide daily periodical sales related reports to the management.
∎ Drive to increase sales.
∎ Lead to achieve desired sales growth as per management objectives.
∎ Any other task assigned by the top management.
∎ BD Foods Limited is urgently looking for a Self-motivated, Proactive, Goal Oriented, Dynamic Candidate for the post of Sales Manager.
∎ Responsibilities:
