Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve organizational goals.
Plan, organize, implement and monitor sales strategies to achieve monthly, Quarterly & Yearly sales target.
Use leadership techniques to motivate and develop people and lead the sales team to execute sales strategies and to achieve sales goal.
Resolve sales related problems and maintain relation between relevant internal and external stakeholders.
Analyze sales performance to understand the sales trends, sales strategies, market environment and competition.
Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams on customer preferences and market demands.
