Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop annual business plan of animal healthcare products.
∎ Manage a sales team of around 100 members by extensive touring all over Bangladesh.
∎ Initiate rapid business growth.
∎ Train, teach and monitor the whole sales team on a daily basis to ensure consistent implementation of best sales practices.
∎ Work closely with HR-Admin/Accounts/Finance team to make high-level decisions about policy and strategy.
∎ Formulating sales strategy and action plan.
∎ Planning, developing and implementing sales structure in the organization.
∎ Forecasting and achieving the sale target of the company.
∎ Carry out Sales Analysis, Business Analysis, Market Analysis, Competitor Analysis to increase market share.
∎ Monthly, Quarterly, Half Yearly & Yearly budget preparation.
∎ Submit Daily Sales activity report to the Management.
∎ Handle Credit Recovery related issues.
∎ Creating and enhancing long-term business relationships with clients to maximize business growth and opportunities.
∎ Develop and execute appropriate promotional plans and strategies to create demand of the products.
∎ Handle client's inquiries and complaints.
∎ Develop new clients and maintain good relationship with existing clients.
∎ Monitor, Motivate & inspire the sales team to get the work done.
∎ Gathering market and customer information.
∎ Prepare and produce reports as required by management.
∎ Understand the vision of the Company and successfully implement positive changes to support innovation and drive continuous improvement.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Applicant must have minimum 3 years' experience as "Sales Manager" position in any reputed Animal Health (Poultry, Dairy and Aqua) Company.
∎ Must be experienced in managing a large sales team.
∎ Please do not apply if your experience is not in relevant field.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Attractive compensation package will be offered to capable candidate. Full time Private Car will be provided for this position.
