Responsibilities & Context:

Learning Bangladesh

  • Own and drive the end-to-end revenue strategy for Learning Bangladesh’s eBook, online course, and workshop portfolio across B2C (learners) and B2B (corporates, institutions, and partners)

  • Design and execute scalable, high-converting sales funnels for digital products, covering the full lifecycle: lead generation → nurturing → conversion → retention

  • Lead learner acquisition strategies through multi-channel approaches, including telesales, WhatsApp marketing, social media leads, and campaign-driven funnels

  • Build and close strategic partnerships with corporates, NGOs, schools, colleges, and universities for bulk sales, training programs, and online/offline workshops

  • Develop, lead, and scale a high-performing telesales and inside sales team, including recruitment, training, scripting, and daily KPI management

  • Continuously optimize call scripts, follow-up sequences, and CRM workflows to maximize lead-to-customer conversion rates

  • Define and implement pricing, bundling, and promotional strategies, including discount campaigns, combo offers, and seasonal sales initiatives

  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align paid advertising, content strategy, and lead generation funnels with revenue objectives

  • Introduce and manage affiliate, campus ambassador, and referral programs to drive scalable, cost-efficient customer acquisition

  • Oversee key institutional and corporate accounts, ensuring strong relationships, repeat business, and long-term value creation

  • Analyze learner and customer behavior to improve upselling (course bundles) and cross-selling (eBooks, courses, and workshops)

  • Forecast monthly and quarterly revenue, maintain a strong and predictable sales pipeline, and ensure target achievement

  • Implement and optimize CRM systems, automation tools, and performance dashboards for operational efficiency and real-time tracking

  • Continuously monitor market trends and competitors in Bangladesh’s EdTech sector, adapting strategies to maintain a competitive edge

  • Ensure a strong focus on learner experience, trust-building, and brand reputation across all sales touchpoints
