Job Responsibilities:
∎ NEW BUSINESS ACQUISITION AND RETENTION:
∎ - Ensure value proposition to clients
∎ - Develop business plan and Network strategy by Identify potential clients and products in accordance with
∎ business objectives.
∎ - Rate request should be addressed to respective supervisor with necessary market intelligence
∎ - Ensure weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting with key successes/challenges/suggestions, Market Information,
∎ Budget Vs Actual, Competitions Status to the Head of Business Operations
∎ - Work closely with client's CRM to ensure clients 100 PCT satisfaction
∎ - Ensure collections are made within approved credit period
∎ - Ensure client's satisfaction by building relationship, on-time service and response
∎ - Constantly monitor market and competitor's status and act accordingly
∎ TRADE LANE DEVELOPMENT:
∎ - Mainly focus on Import Logistics and have RMG based client's profile.
∎ - Knowledge about Market coverage with top commodities
∎ - Experienced in handling Door to Door services to respective clients would be added advantages
∎ - Candidate will have added advantages to have experienced of Total Logistics solution include Freight,
∎ Customs brokerage, Transportation and Delivery
∎ - Should have exiting network Agents in Asia region for Import development
∎ - Good command in communication and Presentation skills
∎ - Leadership skills and market coverage portfolio.
∎ PEOPLE MANAGEMENT:
∎ - Succession Plan for Head of Sales & Marketing and down the line
∎ - Focus and ensure team member's professional growth according to company's values and attitude
∎ - Motivate team to gear up and drive towards departmental and company's goal
∎ - Help team to prepare client's or any presentation according to company's standard PPT format
∎ - Maintain regular and weekly team report and submit to reporting manager
∎ SELF DEVELOPEMENT:
∎ - Prepare two years personal development plan with specific, functional and behavioral competencies and get
∎ it sign off by reporting manager
∎ - Update and up-skill self to run the team with positive attitude
∎ - Thrive towards company's vision, mission, ethics and values
∎ - Take corrective measure as per feedback of line manager

Additional Requirements:
∎ Promote Freight & Door delivery Services through competitive offer on rate among global as well as regions
∎ All internal web-based programs
∎ Regular MS Office package
∎ Know how on international freight forwarding terms & conditions
∎ Local and International business laws
∎ Strong knowledge on Airports and Sea ports laws, IATA, BAFFA, FIATA etc.
