Responsibilities & Context:
Greet customers warmly and identify their needs.
Assist customers in selecting products and provide detailed product information.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Promote ongoing offers, discounts, and new arrivals to increase sales.
Maintain updated knowledge of all products, prices, sizes, and availability.
Ensure stock replenishment in the sales area.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the outlet.
Build and maintain good relationships with customers to encourage repeat visits.
Support team members in achieving outlet goals.
Strong communication skills in Bangla & English.
Positive attitude and professional appearance.
Previous retail sales experience preferred.
