Job Context:

∎ This job required individual with good voice, and positive attitude to deal with various matters. Must be confident enough to deal with any unwanted situations.
∎ Need to work for at least one year is mandatory. Have to provide notice of two months before leaving the job.
∎ Solves problem by his own according to company guideline. No problem with long office time if required.
∎ Ready to do days task in the same day.
∎ Can exert pressure from higher authority. Ready to provide top most performance to achieve targeted goals.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assisting sales through digital media.
∎ Has to go outside for investment related purpose.
∎ Has to go to investors or bring them in to talk with them regarding investing in the company.
∎ Manage sales query via web chat, Facebook & email.
∎ Follow up with the interested customer rigorously and convert them to sales.
∎ Ensure collection of booking money, down payment and installments in time
∎ Follow-ups, correspondences, and documentations on regular basis with client
∎ Monitor, run and response social media pages of the organization.
∎ Update Product Information and content on the website and social media.
∎ Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts.
∎ Develop and manage digital/online marketing campaigns.
∎ Write and optimize content for the website and social networking accounts.
∎ Maintain the digital and social media marketing processes and follow up them.
∎ Register people for training and other purposes through social media marketing and other form of digital marketing.
∎ Maintain confidential records, including personnel files of the peoples registered with the organization.
∎ Able to design and work with Photoshop and others related software.
∎ Checking relevant documents such as NID, driving license, Resume, etc of the peoples registered with the organization.
∎ Carry out competitive sales study, market survey, and analyze business activities.
∎ Visit different organizations/places for developing business/creating new clients.
∎ Creation, development, and editing of original content for activities related to online marketing.
∎ Respond to the query from Social Media and Social Media analysis.
∎ Any other task assigned by senior authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must be dynamic, smart and hard-working with fearless attitude.
∎ Must be able to work under pressure.
∎ Problem solver with hard-working attitude.
∎ Must have proper computer skills specially Microsoft packages.
∎ Need to have passion for the job.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 13000 - 15000 (Monthly)
∎ Salary is fixed for first 12 months. Better performance may increase your salary after 6 months. Salary is deductible upon not performing well or not bringing targeted revenue. Salary is payable in only in salary account.
