Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor Sales department, direct them in their day to day activities, achieve overall sales target.
∎ Prepare & Implement marketing strategy & plan, product sourcing, product promotion,
∎ Prepare & Implement digital marketing plans, offline and online marketing strategies.
∎ Replace, recruit sales and marketing executives when required.
∎ To implement overall marketing and sales targets of all the concerns of the company.
∎ Maintain all sell related information, collect and verify documents as required for hire purchases, collect cash payment from customers and executives, collect and encash cheques of the hire purchase customers.
∎ Monitor,plan and direct product delivery to the customers.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
Salary: Tk. 18000 - 20000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Mobile bill, Performance bonus
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
