Responsibilities & Context:

A well reputed IELTS & PTE Centre is looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls, understanding customer needs, and achieving sales targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers and promote company products/services.

  • Identify customer needs and provide appropriate product/service information.

  • Maintain and update the customer database with accurate information.

  • Follow up with potential leads and ensure timely conversions.

  • Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.

  • Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide excellent service.

  • Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports to the supervisor.

  • Maintain knowledge of company offerings, promotions, and pricing.

  • Work collaboratively with the sales and marketing team to improve performance.
