Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Generate of new customers and opening up of new territories within the regions.
∎ Promote Aquatic Feed and achieve sales targets every time as estimated.
∎ Manage and develop dealers in respective areas.
∎ Provide technical services to customers regarding.
∎ Culture and take initiatives to provide training on farm management.
∎ Analyze present market and create new market sales.
∎ Visit different Fish Farms frequently to promote and generate sales.
∎ Any other tasks as assigned by management.
∎ Analyze development & implement sales goals & plans.
∎ Attend training programs and education workshops to ensure customer satisfaction.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Ability to achieve the monthly & yearly target.
∎ Make sales decision considering the seasonal & economical condition of the customer.
∎ Required vast knowledge about fish production & fish marketing.
∎ Capacity to brand development must be achieved through developing relationship with customer.
