Job Responsibilities:
∎ Online Sales Strategy:
∎ Develop and execute a comprehensive online & tele sales strategy to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.
∎ Identify and prioritize online sales opportunities, markets, and customer segments.
∎ Sales Nursing:
∎ After-sales service is any support provided to a customer after the product or service has already been purchased. Quick resolution of any customer issue, call for active customer feedback and time to time for any other offers.
∎ Customer Engagement:
∎ Interact with potential and existing customers through online platforms, providing product information, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues.
∎ Create engaging online content, including product listings, descriptions, and multimedia materials to attract and retain customers.
∎ Sales Conversion:
∎ Utilize persuasive sales techniques to convert leads into customers, including online chat, email communication, and phone calls.
∎ Guide customers through the online purchasing process, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly experience.
∎ Product Knowledge:
∎ Maintain a deep understanding of the company's products or services and stay updated on industry trends.
∎ Educate customers about product features, benefits, and value propositions.
∎ Online Presentation:
∎ Arrange online meeting through zoom/google meet. To give clear idea to clients about products and services. Must have the ability to promote Cheque Printer through online and convert them into sales.
∎ Installation & Setup:
∎ Executive Sales will be responsible for software installation, configuration to client’s computer using remote tools like Any Desk or TeamViewer.
∎ Sales Tracking and Reporting:
∎ Monitor and analyze online sales metrics and KPIs to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.
∎ Prepare regular reports on sales performance, trends, and customer feedback.
∎ Online Marketing Collaboration:
∎ Collaborate with the marketing team to align online sales strategies with marketing campaigns and promotions.
∎ Provide input on online advertising and promotional materials.
∎ Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
∎ Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, manage leads, and maintain a customer database.
∎ Develop personalized online marketing strategies for different customer segments.
∎ Feedback and Improvement:
∎ Gather and relay customer feedback to the product development and marketing teams to enhance products and services.
∎ Continuously seek ways to improve the online shopping experience and increase customer satisfaction.
∎ Compliance and Security:
∎ Ensure compliance with online sales regulations, data protection, and security standards.
∎ Safeguard customer data and online transactions.
∎ Stay Informed:
∎ Stay up-to-date with the latest e-commerce and online sales trends, technologies, and best practices.
∎ Team Collaboration:
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer support, and IT, to streamline processes and achieve common goals.
