∎ Qualifications:Proven experience in sales, preferably within the courier, logistics, or transportation industry.
∎ Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
∎ Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
∎ Goal-oriented, with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
∎ Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking software.
∎ Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
∎ Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Sales Generation: Identify and prospect new clients within the local and regional markets who need express courier services.
∎ Actively reach out to potential customers via cold calling, email outreach, and networking.Client Relationship Management:
∎ Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring repeat business and high customer satisfaction.
∎ Product Knowledge: Acquire an in-depth understanding of our courier services, including domestic and international shipping, express deliveries, and value-added services.
∎ Sales Presentations & Proposals: Present tailored courier solutions to clients, addressing their needs and demonstrating the benefits of our services.
∎ Prepare competitive quotes and proposals.Lead Follow-Up & Negotiation: Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals. Negotiate pricing and terms while ensuring profitability.
∎ Market Research: Stay informed about competitors’ offerings, industry trends, and customer preferences.
∎ Use this knowledge to adjust sales strategies and identify new opportunities.
∎ Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress toward sales targets. Provide regular reports to management on sales performance.
∎ Collaboration: Work closely with the operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve any client issues that may arise.
