∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Hospitality Management
∎ Skills Required: Communication, Computer skill, Customer Support/ Client Service, Sales & Marketing
Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 1 year(s)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Effectively delivered required sales and exceeded targets.
∎ Presented Vacation Ownership's Sales Process consistently and accurately.
∎ Maintained a high level of customer service and quality sales presentations.
∎ Kept current on sales information and materials.
∎ Kept current on and support the company's marketing strategies.
∎ Attended and actively participated in all sales and training meetings.
∎ Set and review performance goals weekly, monthly and annually.
∎ Provided excellent customer service to all guests/owners.
∎ Interacted and served as a tour guide to all resort guests.
∎ Completed all paperwork needed for all sales transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
∎ Placed sales call to owners and referrals with the purpose of selling vacation packages.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent verbal and written English required
∎ Direct sales experience
∎ Knowledge of the local market
∎ Ability to communicate customer needs and resolve complaints independently
∎ Computer literate with proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook Express, Microsoft Outlook
∎ Excellent communication skills required
∎ Outgoing and enthusiastic personality
∎ High energetic and self-driven
Salary: Tk. 15000 (Monthly)
