∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Pharma (Gift Items), Banks (Gift Items), Group of Company (Gift Items),
∎ Excellent knowledge & expertise in Gift Items
∎ Having strong market intelligence to develop new business/client
∎ Strong communication, negotiation and management skills
∎ Should have good communication, Leadership and Team building skill

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Build connection with new Companies.
∎ Collect the production volume/stock reports and communicates with customers to receive orders based on the availability of the products.
∎ Find out the potential markets and creating relationships with the new buyers.
∎ Ensure necessary contract negotiation with the buyers and ensure all terms and conditions are met accordingly.
∎ Ensure on-time delivery, follow-up shipment, and payment process.
∎ Target oriented and ability to work under pressure.
∎ Drive new customer acquisition, maintaining relationship with them.
∎ To build strong relationship and achieve monthly sales target.
∎ Prepare daily, weekly & monthly reports as required by management and maintain customer database.
∎ Contacting potential and existing customers over the phone, by email, and in person.
∎ Response to customer’s questions, inquiries, and complaints.
∎ Any other day-to-day task assigned by the Management
∎ Identify areas for improvement in product/service offerings, marketing strategy, and promotional activities
∎ Business visit in corporate houses, banks, manufacturing industries etc. on a regular basis.
∎ Research and analyze market trends, competitor offerings and other information that affects business strategies.
∎ Searching Potential market for business expansion.
∎ Set business plans, Sales & Marketing Strategies and implement tactical action to achieve organization objectives.
∎ ROI Knowledge.
